The minimum job requirements to work at the Montfort Long-Term Care Centre includes the following:

• knowledge of the verbal and written French language at the advanced or superio level;
• good physical and mental health;
• capacity to work in teams;
• must like to work with frail and dependent seniors;
• submit a criminal reference check;
• submit at least three references (1 being a professional reference).

Each position has also its own requirements.
