You may make a donation directrly to the Home if you do not need an Income Tax receipt.  This can be done in two (2) ways:

1) Give a cash donation or issue a cheque to the order of Montfort LTC Centre - the amount will be deposited and transferred to the Family Council.  An unofficial receipt can be provided.

2) Give a cash donation or issue a cheque to the order of the Family Council - the amount will be deposited directly in the Family Council account. An unofficial receipt will be provided.
