If you wish to make a donation in return for an income tax Receipt, you must write your cheque to the order of:

MONTFORT HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

and indicate on the cheque to dedicate the donation to the Montfort LTC Centre.

The Montfort Hospital Foundation will provide you with an official income tax receipt.
